This is a beautiful little Washburn parlor from approximately 1915. It features Brazilian rosewood back and sides with a beautifully aged spruce top. It's had all the work done including a neck reset, fret level, and a couple of crack repairs on the back so it's all ready to go. These little parlors are very under appreciated in the world of vintage guitars. The tone is very full and responsive with a nice balance between fundamentals and harmonics thanks to the unusual combination of Brazilian rosewood and ladder bracing. The neck is fairly large with a comfortable V profile that fits right into the palm of your hand. It's strung with extra light steel strings to accommodate the modern player. It didn't come to us with a case but a chipboard case will be included.
