Have a vintage guitar to sell?
We offer two options to fit your needs
1. Consignment
Selling on consignment will allow you to maximize the value of your instrument. We aim to make the process as easy as possible.
Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Delivering the instrument to the shop:
Local pickup for your instrument(s) can be arranged if you're in the tri-state area (Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York). If you're located farther away, we can help arrange shipping.
Step 2: We prep your instrument for sale:
- Once your instrument arrives, we will clean, restring, and set it up. If repair work is needed, we have a network of repair technicians and luthiers that can help you get your instrument in the best shape prior to listing.
Step 3: List and advertise:
- We’ll take professional photos, write descriptions, record video demos, list on multiple platforms, and reach out to our network of customers to make sure your instruments are getting in front of the right audience.
Step 4: Sale and payout:
- Once your instrument is sold and approved by the buyer, we will write you a check. The consignment fee is a flat 25% for instruments under $10,000 and 20% for instruments over that. We can offer discounts on collections.
