This is a truly one-of-a-kind playable art piece from Germany based Verso Guitars. It was originally created as part of an installation for the Boutique Guitar Showcase. The aim was to illustrate the evolution and conceptual journey of the Cosmo in a bold and fun way.  The installation includes three pieces: a fully functional two-string batten guitar with a pickup, a non-functional textile body guitar, and a Cosmo guitar. The aesthetic design pays homage to the builder's favorite designer, Ettore Sottsass, who was known for his 1980's anti-design with the group Memphis. The Cosmo is painted with a bold pattern by Las Vegas-based artist Pretty Done, who vacuumed off the powder coating before it was baked. It features two SCII single coil pickups (only pictured with one) and a custom made pink verso stand. It also comes with a custom hard shell case designed to store the three pieces together.
