This is one for the Grateful Dead and Jerry Garcia fans! The Alembic Further is a very versatile and fun guitar to play. It is a beautiful neck through construction with heavily quilted maple on the top and back and purple heart in the center layer. There are many knobs and switches but they are laid out quite logically once you get familiar with it. The front three switches are on/off for each pickup, the next switch is a on/off for the effects loop, and the last one is on/off for the side fretboard marker LEDs! You have one master volume knob and three tone controls for each pickup. There are two outputs, one for the regular mono output and the other for an effects loop. The brass hardware adds to the clarity and sustain. It is a very solid feeling guitar and well balanced on a strap. Overall it is a great feeling and sounding guitar suitable for all types of music. Comes with a hardshell case.
