Here is a very clean, original example of a classic '60s Hagstrom model. Introduced in 1965, the Viking was Hagstrom's first semi hollow electric guitar design. It's most well known for being the guitar Elvis Presley played on his comeback television special in 1968. This first iteration features single coil pickups and Van Ghent tuners. In 1972, the single coil pickups were replaced with humbuckers and the Van Ghents with Schallers.
This example is in near mint condition and comes with the original orange lined hard shell case which is also in mint shape. The guitar has been set up with very low action and plays beautifully.
