This is an amazing playing and feeling vintage Fender Mustang bass for a great price. It was assembled from a 1966 neck and a 1978 body and they feel like they were meant to be together. The neck is comfortable and inviting thanks to the soft rounded fingerboard edges and the years of playing that wore in the finish. The slightly heftier body balances the instrument out nicely and gives it a great solid feel. It's clear that they have been together for a while judging from the consistent playwear throughout. Mustang basses are very hot right now and you can pick this one up for about half the price of an original 60's model.
