This is the cleanest, all original example of an early SG style EB-0 we have come across, and it comes complete with the original case and hang tags. The cherry finish is completely unfaded on both the front and back which is very hard to come by. It even has the ashtray cover and mute, these parts are often taken off and lost. This is the rare early example with the black pickup which delivers a deep low tone that can't be replicated with any other pickup. We have it strung up with flatwounds for an authentic 60's tone. The neck is straight, the action is setup very low and plays effortlessly. No breaks or repairs, just a no excuses great classic 60's Gibson bass.
