The neck is a comfortable rounded C profile, it is dead straight and sets up perfectly with low action. The tone is very versatile with an even balance across the frequencies and excellent note separation. It sounds great for both rhythm and chord melody style playing. It is all original save for the added strap button and a very high quality reproduction pickguard. A blonde L-5 is one of the most iconic archtops of the swing era.
